By accessing or using our platform, courses, and micro-certification materials you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree you must stop using the service immediately.

Acceptable Use

• You may only use materials for personal culinary and cultivation education.
• Commercial redistribution of course content is strictly prohibited.
• Do not upload or share harmful, illegal, or abusive content through platform features.
• Respect all copyright notices and do not attempt to reverse-engineer software.

Payments and Subscriptions

All purchases are final. Refunds are available within 14 days if no course modules have been accessed. Recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 72 hours prior to renewal date. We accept major credit cards processed securely via third-party gateways.

Intellectual Property

All course videos, guides, illustrations, and certification marks remain the exclusive property of Neatfield GrowLab. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view content for the purchased duration only.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Neatfield GrowLab provides educational content only. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any techniques. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco County.
